With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, I provide high-quality services and solutions to clients across various industries and regions as a Treasury and Operational Risk Expert. I am a certified Scrum Professional and a Certified Risk and Information Systems Control professional (CRISC), which enables me to deliver projects efficiently and effectively while minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
My passion is to interact with like-minded professionals and to share my knowledge and expertise in treasury, operational risk, liquidity management, and cash management. That is why I have decided to become a consultant and to continue my professional path as an entrepreneur. My mission is to help organizations optimize their financial performance, enhance their resilience, and achieve strategic goals.
Name: Saudia Ruighaver
Solving good challenges in the form of puzzles or decisions is my passion. I have carried out (team) activities contributing to the strategy, outsourcing, governance, service, and information management. I like to incorporate best practices to realize performance enhancements, improved competitiveness, and more value for customers.
From my experience with risk management issues, I participated in the supervision of outsourcing projects, in the design and establishment of control functions, and Information Security Management audits.

Primarily, I am skilled in running my dairy farm. I pay attention to the well-being of my animals and always put the importance of continuity first. I am critical of my business processes and have entrepreneurial qualities in addition to technical skills.
Arkelshoef (My business) is built on a mound or levee. There is also a centuries-old flood shed on the property. I rent out spaces for creative or business purposes, where the outdoor space can also be used.
Arkelshoef is an authentic, historic farm in Tricht. This farm is located near the Linge River, among the fruit orchards. Arkelshoef has been in the family for several generations.
